Abstract
"Este documento propone el análisis de los conceptos básicos de marketing, a través de la descripción de las dinámicas ligadas a los consumidores y mercados principalmente. Se selecciona a las investigaciones de mercado como un producto particular para desarrollar los conceptos antes mencionados. Posteriormente, se profundiza el análisis sobre el campo estadístico para identificar aquellas herramientas que puedan servir de soporte al producto seleccionado, ya que las mismas logran un efecto diferenciador sobre el producto. Por último se procede a integrar los conceptos antes citados a través de un ejemplo concreto proveniente de un proyecto del cual el autor fue partícipe."

It is then that the analyssi is focused on the statistic domain in order to identify those tools which act as support of the selected product as a result of achieving a differentiating effect over the product.
