"En los últimos años se ha hablado mucho a nivel nacional sobre la necesidad de agregar valor en origen a la producción primaria. Uno de los grandes desafíos que hoy en día enfrenta la argentina es el de transformarse en un país industrializado/agroalimentario, a través de un fuerte desarrollo agroindustrial en origen, tal de consolidarse como un país económica y socialmente sustentable.
El productor agropecuario debe adaptarse a los nuevos paradigmas para mejorar su rentabilidad y tomar parte de las ganancias de los demás integrantes de la cadena de valor. Esto permitirá un crecimiento más equilibrado de las comunidades del interior del país, capitalizando localmente los excedentes, generando una mayor demanda de mano de obra local y reduciendo los costos relativos del transporte.
En base a la problemática señalada , y en respuesta al anhelo por parte de una empresa de la familia de integrarse verticalmente y avanzar en la cadena agroindustrial de valor, el presente trabajo tuvo como fin último el idear y evaluar la factibilidad de una oportunidad de negocio de alto potencial para industrializar en origen la producción de trigo de una empresa agropecuaria especializada en genética (el Criadero Klein S.A)".
"In recent years, much has been said about the need to add farmgate value to primary productiorn. Nowaday, one of the major challenges Argentina is facting is to become an industrialized country, through a strong agro-industrial development on-site, to establish itself as an economically and socially sustainable country. Local farmers must adapt to new paradigms in order to improve their profitability and take part in the earnings of the other members of the value chain. This will allow a more balanced growth of the small communities within the country, capitalizing the surplus locally, generating an increased demand for local labor and reducing the relative costs of transportation. Based on the mentioned issue and in response to the desire, by a family enterprise, of achieving vertical integration and moving forward in the agribusiness value chain, the present study had the purpose of developing and evaluating the feasibility of a high potential business opportunity for the on-site industrialization of the wheat produced by an agricultural entreprise specialized in wheat genetics (Criadero Klein S.A)".
