Abstract
"Este artículo se propone describir las estrategias de incorporación de tecnologías que implementaron los Poderes Judiciales de Argentina en relación con la pandemia de COVID-19 durante el período del 17 marzo a julio 2020, compararlas con modelos de aprendizaje organizacional y reflexionar sobre la posibilidad de utilizar este acontecimiento histórico como punto de apalancamiento para la incorporación de tecnologías en el servicio de justicia con
miras a construir un servicio más cercano al ciudadano y de acuerdo con los paradigmas de gobierno abierto. Esta investigación se encuadra bajo un diseño cualitativo, de carácter inductivo, exploratorio y flexible. Para responder a las
preguntas de investigación se realizaron 34 entrevistas en profundidad y 27 observaciones participantes."
