Abstract
"En el presente documento se buscará analizar el potencial de un micro emprendimiento dedicado a la producción y comercialización de la mermelada de aceituna, en sus variantes orgánica y no orgánica, dentro del mercado local argentino.
En una primer etapa se realizó el estudio de mercado con el fin de evaluar la demanda, los mercados intervinientes y las fuerzas que los relacionan, y desarrollar la estrategia comercial más adecuada para conquistar al cliente objetivo.
Posteriormente se analizó el proceso productivo, los insumos y requerimientos necesarios para llevar adelante la producción, el marco legal regulatorio y la localización óptima.
Finalmente, a partir de los estudios anteriores, se realizó un estudio económico financiero que derivó en el valor negocio para ambas variantes de producto".
"In this document we analyzed the potential of a micro-entrepreneurship dealing to the production and marketing of olive marmalade, both in the organic and non-organic versions, within the local Argentine market. The first part deals with a market research, in order to evaluate the demand, the involved markets and the factors relating them, and to develop the most adequate marketing strategy to reach the target client. In the second part the production process was analyzed, as well as the ingredients and the requirements needed in order to manage the production , the legal aspect of regulations and the optimal location. Finally, based on the previous studies, an economic-financial study was performed, which shows the business value for both product versions".
