Abstract
"En el presente estudio se desarrolla un modelo del Sistema Energético Argentino utilizando el software LEAP. El objetivo del trabjo es el planteo de los lienamientos generales para una política energética de largo plazo para el pais. Es por esto que se utiliza el modelo para simular distintos escenarios y los efexctos que tendrían sobre los principales indicadpores de criticidad de abastecimiento energético. Se discuten las distintas perspectivas de evolución de la matriz haciendo hincapié en aquellas que sean más sustentables en el tiempo, e indentificando las que piueden ser más riesgosas en términos de abastecimiento. Por último se mencionan los principales aspectos de orden político, económico, ciultural y tecnológico que deberían ser tenidos en cuenta para una planificación energética a largo plazo".

For that purpose, the computer model is used to simulate different scenarios and the effects they would have over the key energy availability indicators. Different possible evolution paths of the system are discussed, highlighting those which are more sustainable in time, and identifying the ones that could be riskier in therms of energy availability. Lastly, the key political, economic, cultural and technological aspects towards a better long-term energy planning are described".
