Abstract
"Las nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación y de la información han dado origen a modelos pedagógicos virtuales que actúan como complemento o sustituto de la educación presencial.
"Los modelos pedagógicos virtuales, también llamados e-Learning, son una tendencia creciente a nivel mundial. Tal es así que universidades de máximo prestigio, tales como Harvard University y MIT ofrecen sus cursos de manera gratuita a través del e-Learning.
Las experiencias empíricas han demostrado que un modelo pedagógico puramente virtual no cumple con los objetivos de la educación, y por otro lado que un modelo pedagógico puramente presencial es obsoleto y de aquí surge la problemática que resuelva este trabajo.
La propuesta que desarrolla este trabajo, es un modelo pedagógico óptimo llamado b-Learning y su implementación en la carrera Ingeniería Industrial del Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, ITBA."

These ones complement or replace traditional education, working with online education. The virtual pedagogical models, also called e-Learning, are a growing trend worldwide. Furthermore, the most prestigious universities such as Harvard University and MIT offer courses for free through these virtual pedagogical models. It has been develops an optimal pedagogical model does not meet the objectives of education and that a purely conventional education is obsolete, this is the problem which this work aims to solve at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, ITBA. The paper develops an optimal pedagogical model called b-Learning that improves the traditional model. The proposition is to deploy this model in the Industrial Engineering Degree at ITBA. The b-Learning is a mixed model of virtual education and classroom education. The paper develops the model and also proposes the methodology and tools specifically developed for the use and setup of the new model."
