Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of Argentina’s economic stabilization programs (1992, 2002, 2015, and 2024) by examining the structural collaboration among economic actors. Rather than focusing solely on macroeconomic indicators, the research applies complex network theory and the TE-SER model (Transformers, Stabilizers, and Recyclers) to analyze the collaborative dynamics within the economic ecosystem. A mixed-method approach combines interviews, economic data, and network analysis to explore the role of intersectoral coordination in policy effectiveness. Preliminary findings suggest that systems with stronger collaborative structures exhibit higher resilience and policy sustainability. This study contributes to macroeconomic policy design by integrating structural and relational dimensions, offering insights for more institutionally robust stabilization strategies.
