"Heiling S.A. es una PyME familiar que produce y comercializa materiales plásticos mayoritariamente en el mercado local. Es una empresa de perfil principalmente importador. Actualmente busca oportunidades de negocios que puedan disminuir su dependencia de la materia prima importada.
Al analizar l gestión actual de los Residuos Sólidos Urbanos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y la tendencia legislativa, tanto a nivel nacional como municipal se advierte la existencia de una potencial fuente de materia prima.
(...) Se lleva a cabo un análisis del proceso productivo necesario y los cambios para implementarlo en la empresa bajo estudio, considerando la variedad de factores que impactarán sobre los resultados del mismo".

Most of the raw material needed is purchased abroad and currently the firm is seeking business opportunities in order to decrease its imported raw material dependency. After analyzing the present waste management in the City of Buenos Aires and the legislation evolution (at a national and municipal level), a potential raw material source was detected. (...) Finally, the main economic and financial variables were projected to estimate the project profitability, choosing the most suitable financing mix. The results obtained show the attractiveness of the project".
