"El presente proyecto buscará conocer la viabilidad de agregar dos nuevos sectores a la línea de producción de una empresa dedicada a la elaboración de tejidos para decoración e indumentaria.
Actualmente, la empresa terciariza los dos procesos en cuestión: el urdido del hilado longitudinal que atravesará las mallas del telar, proceso previo a la tejeduría, y los procesos de ennoblecimiento textil o acabado final que se realizan en tintorerías industriales.
Inicialmente, se estudiará la situación actual de la empresa, sus materias primas, su proceso productivo y las características del mercado al que apunta.
A continuación se realizará un análisis íntegro del proceso del urdido, un proceso indispensable y que no debe tener fallas ya que perjudicaría notablemente al proceso de tejeduría. Se busca conocer si, previa adquisición de una máquina urdidora a instalar dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa, es factible trasladar a la empresa la carga de trabajo que realiza uno de los proveedores de urdidos.
El siguiente paso será estudiar la inclusión del proceso de acabado final dentro de la línea propia de producción. La maquinaria a adquirir se instalará en la planta de una empresa que a su vez es proveedora del servicio de teñido de hilados. Se analizará la sociedad que se creará junto con los costos que le corresponderán a cada empresa.
El último paso será concluir a partir de los análisis realizados y de los datos obtenidos, si es factible y rentable la inclusión de los procesos en cuestión dentro de la línea propia de producción".

Wanted to know if after acquiring a warping machine to be installed inside the facilities of the company, it is feasible to transfer the company's workload that performs a warp provider. The next step will be to study the inclusion of the finishing process within their own production line.
