"El análisis de riesgo es el estudio de las causas de las posibles amenazas que puedan traer consecuencias negativas en los resultados de un proyecto. Para comenzar el análisis primeramente se hará un estudio de la cadena de producción, del mercado, de la ingeniería y por supuesto de las variables que mayormente incidan en el futuro del proyecto. La aplicación del estudio se hará sobre un ciclo de reproducción completo en la cadena de producción cuyo resultado final es generar cerdos para el crecimiento y el engorde que serán vendidos a frigoríficos como principales clientes."
"The risk analysis is the study of the causes of possible threats that may bring negative consequences on the results of the project. A production chain, market and engineering will be carried out. In addiction, all the variables that will mostly affect the project future development will also be considered. This study will be applied on complete reproduction cycle in the production chain, where the final product is generating pigs for growth and fattening that will be ultimately sold to final clients. Market analysis will be also essential in this development because it will allow us identify the key actors and factors affecting the breeding of pigs. Primarily there can be mentioned the foodstuffs and machinery suppliers; competitors and producers of substitutes; and the final clients."
