"Se plantea como emprendimiento de reingeniería analizar el potencial desarrollo de la empresa TURBODISEL.SA. la cual ofrece servicio de mantenimiento al material rodante del sistema ferroviario argentino. TBDL es una empresa de origen familiar que esta experimentando en los últimos años un importante crecimiento tanto en todas sus áreas aumentando
al doble su espacio físico, su facturación y su cantidad de empleados durante los últimos dos años llegando a un punto de inflexión, donde será importante su profesionalización para dar el salto de ser una pequeña empresa familiar para convertirse en una mediana compañía. Para analizar la factibilidad de ese
desarrollo, se estructuró un estudio en etapas."
