"El presente trabajo final consiste en una tesis de grado que explica las distintas formas de obtener financiación de terceros para una empresa argentina, haciendo especial hincapié en los fideicomisos financieros. Debido al auge que han tenido éstos últimamente, el trabajo intenta explicar su comportamiento desde sus inicios a través de herramientas matemáticas y factores cualitativos."
