Abstract
"(...) el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar si desde la reforma en 1993 hasta la salida de la convertibilidad a fines de 2001, los consumidores argentinos se vieron beneficiados en términos de disponibilidad, precio, calidad y uso del recurso".
