Abstract
"Se plantea como emprendimiento productivo analizar el potencial desarrollo de la empresa Metalúrgica NC, fabricante de portones levadizos.Para analizar la rentabilidad y factibilidad de ese desarrollo, se estructuró un estudio en etapas. Primero se analizó el mercado, estimando volúmenes de venta, precios de venta, y formas de promoción. A partir de las ventas se planificó la producción, se dimensionaron las instalaciones, los equipos necesarios, y se elaboró un plan de inversiones. Luego se realizó un dimensionamiento económico de la empresa para proyectar un flujo de fondos, y así evaluar la factibilidad de que el proyecto sea llevado a cabo."
"The following work analyzes the posibilities of growth of Metalúrgica NC, garage doors manufacturer. To analyze the profitability of the project an exhaustive study in different stages took place. First, a market research was conducted to estimate the sales volume, the sale price, and the promotion politics. With the sales forecast, a production plan, the necessary equipment and facilities were determined. An investment plan was set up as well. The the economic analysis of the company was performed to obtain a projected cash flow for evaluation the convenience of implementing the project."
