Abstract
"El presente trabajo consiste en un estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta para la producción de concentrado proteico de soja (SPC) por parte de la empresa Molinos Agro. Esta se ubicará en el predio donde se encuentra la planta de dicha empresa en San Lorenzo, Santa Fe. Se comienza realizando un análisis de mercado en el que se evalúa la demanda mundial actual y potencial del SPC, las características del mercado y se elaboran las proyecciones de precio y cantidad a producir.
Luego, se desarrolla el estudio de ingeniería en el que se seleccionan las tecnologías a utilizar, las capacidades de la maquinaría y el tamaño de la instalación. En la tercera sección se analiza la viabilidad económica financiera del proyecto. Finalmente, se realiza un estudio de riesgos y su repercusión en el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) del proyecto. Se examinan estrategias de mitigación para abordar estos elementos, evaluando así la sostenibilidad del proyecto".
"The present work consists of a pre-feasibility study for the installation of a plant for the production of soy protein concentrate (SPC) by Molinos Agro. This plant will be located on the site where the company's plant is situated in San Lorenzo, Santa Fe. The study begins with a market analysis to evaluate the current and potential world demand for SPC, the characteristics of the market and the projections of price and quantity to be produced. Then, the engineering study is developed in which the
technologies to be used, the machinery capacities and the size of the facility are selected. The third section analyzes the economic and financial feasibility of the project. Finally, a study of risks and their impact on the Net Present Value (NPV) of the project is carried out. Mitigation strategies are discussed to effectively address these elements, thus assessing the sustainability of the project".
