Abstract
"El sistema de información que se presenta en esta tesis de Maestría intenta capturar el 'saber hacer' de diseñadores instruccionales y por lo tanto es capaz de recomendar estrategias adecuadas que faciliten el alcance de los objetivos de la instrucción por parte de los educandos, en el contexto del ambiente de aprendizaje que se trate. Para ello el sistema se basa en un modelo de la instrucción que sintetiza teorías, resultados de investigación y experiencia en el área del diseño instruccional a fin de converger hacia el logro de un diseño de instrucción altamente efectivo en la concreción de sus premisas."
"The information system described in this Master Thesis tries to capture the know how of highly qualified instructional designers and so it is capable of recommending suitable pedagogical strategies which facilitate the overtalking of instructional goals in the context of the learning environment which may be dealt with. For that purpose, the system described here is based on a pattern of instruction which synthesizes theories, research results and experience in the instructional design area in order to converge towards the accomplishment of an instructional design which will be highly effective in the concretion of its premises."
