Abstract
"En este trabajo se analizará la opción de adecuar un vehículo de una de las terminales automotrices en forma de taller para realizar servicios de mantenimiento a domicilio en la búsqueda de cubrir a más clientes, ofrecerles mejor atención personalizada y a la vez promover la imagen de la imagen de la marca".
