Abstract
"El presente proyecto estudia las ventajas que aporta la teoría de las restricciones, en la búsqueda de mejoras para el sistema de funcionamiento de una empresa. El objetivo de la misma es el de desarrollar un nuevo enfoque basado en la lógica causa y efecto que permita encontrar las restricciones que limitan el acercamiento a la meta de la compañía y a su vez, las maneras de poder sortearlas."
