Abstract
"El sostenido crecimiento económico que la construcción ha experimentado en los años posteriores a la crisis argentina del 2001-2002 es materia de público conocimiento, sin embargo, no es posible extrapolar lo dicho para con la condición laboral de sus asalariados, clara señal de un desacople. El objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar una detallada caracterización de estos últimos, de tal manera de no sólo comprender sus necesidades, sino también discriminar a aquellos con las peores. A partir de dichas discriminación, y teniendo en cuenta el contexto oportuno desde el punto de vista económico, se lleva a cabo una propuesta esquemática y conceptual de una escuela de oficios destinada a acotar la magnitud del desacople mencionado".

Unfortunately, not the same can be said about their workers' conditions, what means nothing more than an evident disparity. The objective of this study is to develop a detailed characterization of the workers involved in the construction activity in order to understand their needs and detect those with the worst conditions. After discriminating this particular group and taking into account the favorable economic context, an schematic and conceptual school is proposed in order to make the mentioned disparity as low as possible".
