Abstract
"El propósito de este trabajo es realizar un estudio del proceso de producción de un modelo de calzado de manera de estudiar las fallas o defectos que se producen y mitigar o eliminar esos defectos. El estudio se realizará al final de la cadena de dicho proceso. Para resolver este problema, se aplicarán diversos conceptos de calidad a partir del entendimiento de las actividades que surgen del proceso de producción."
