Abstract
"El objetivo del presente estudio es abordar uno de los principales problemas que enfrentan hoy los centros de salud no sólo en Argentina sino a nivel mundial. Esta problemática se refiere al excesivo tiempo que debe esperar un paciente dentro del centro médico para ser atendido, a pesar de contar con un turno ya asignado."
