"El presente estudio tiene como objetivo la evaluación de una mejora del proceso productivo correspondiente a una empresa existente productora de aceitunas, con el fin principal de ampliar las posibilidades de comercialización de su producto a la cadena de distribución y ventas existente en el negocio".
