"En el presente trabajo se expone el diseño de nuevas unidades de negocio de una pyme familiar dedicada a la fabricación de máquinas serigráficas. Se estudia la mejor forma de agregarle valor a la empresa a través de nuevos servicios post-venta y a la vez enfrentar con mejores instrumentos la crisis mundial."
