Abstract
"(...) se propone el estudio de la construcción de una central mareomotriz en Puerto Madryn, más precisamente en el Golfo San José. Con la misma se podrán reemplazar grandes volúmenes de combustibles fósiles importados y de CO2 emitido a la atmósfera por Generadoras Térmicas y aportar potencia al Sistema Interconectado Nacional, de manera de que la oferta pueda volver a operar con reservas".
