Abstract
"El presente informe comprende el estudio de prefactibilidad para analizar la viabilidad técnica y económica de la instalación y puesta en marcha de una línea de alfajores para la empresa Pan’s Company S.A.. La oportunidad de éste proyecto nace a partir de la necesidad por parte de la empresa de querer ampliar su cartera de productos y penetrar el mercado con un producto tradicional como lo es el alfajor. El documento está compuesto por cuatro capítulos, el Estudio de Mercado, Estudio de Ingeniería, Análisis Económico-Financiero y finalmente un apartado de Estudio de Riesgos."
