Abstract
"El objetivo de este trabajo se encuadra dentro del marco de la seguridad e higiene del trabajo, proponiéndose analizar los problemas fisiológicos que son consecuencia del trabajo sedentario de oficina, estudiar los impactos que dichos problemas traen desde el punto de vista económico y social de la empresa, y proveer una guía acerca de cómo evitar/tratar estos problemas en un futuro por medio de un plan integrado de ergonomía. Dicho plan seguirá los lineamientos generales de un estudio de métodos, y traerá una mejora significativa en los elementos claves del desempeño laboral".
"The objective of this work falls within the framework o occupational safety and health at work, intending to analyze the physiological problems that are caused by sedentary office work, to study the impacts that these problems bring from the economic and social standpoint of a company, and to provide guidance on how to prevent/treat these problems in the future through an integrated plan for ergonomics. This plan will follow the general guidelines of a study of methods, and will bring a significant improvement in the key elements of job performance".
