Abstract
"Este informe tiene como objetivo mostrar el análisis de prefactibilidad realizado para la relocalización, ampliación y mejora tecnológica de la granja de engorde avícola “La Paz”. El análisis comienza con el Estudio de Mercado, seguido del de Ingeniería. Luego continúa con el análisis económico financiero y finaliza con el estudio de riesgos. A lo largo del informe, se mostrará como un proyecto inicialmente inviable económicamente, se convierte en uno con altas probabilidades de éxito a partir del estudio realizado".
"This report aims to present the pre-feasibility analysis carried out for the relocation, expansion, and technological improvement of the poultry fattening farm 'La Paz'. The analysis starts with the Market Study, followed by the Engineering Study. It then proceeds with the economic and financial analysis and concludes with the risk assessment. Throughout he report, it will be shown how a project initially economically unviable becomes one with high probabilities of success based on the conducted study".
