Abstract
"El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de pre-factibilidad de un proyecto de inversión. Dicho proyecto consiste en instalar una nueva planta de producción de panes de molde (blanco e integral) y panes de bollería (pancho y hamburguesa) bajo la marca Garibaldi en la Patagonia Argentina, con el fin de subsanar un déficit de oferta de este tipo de productos. La estructura de este estudio consiste en etapas fundamentales."
