"Este trabajo prentende presentar una reingeniería del proceso de originación de cuentas en el Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., que tiene como objetivo principal la liberación de tiempo comercial en las sucursales y, como objetivos secundarios, la reducción de costos operativos, la minimización de errores y variabilidades, y la reducción de tiempos de ciclo".
