Abstract
"El siguiente proyecto se concentrará en estudiar la factibilidad del lanzamiento de Huevo Líquido Pasteurizado en el mercado argentino. Se considera ser un proyecto incremental que trabajará en conjunto con la empresa Kruguer S.A, el cual será el principal proveedor de materia prima. A través de los conocimientos adquiridos por la asignatura Proyecto Final de
Ingeniería Industrial del Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, se realizará un análisis en función de cuatro capítulos generales. Inicialmente, un estudio de mercado seguido de un análisis de ingeniería. Luego se realizará el análisis económico financiero para finalizar con un estudio de riesgos con sus respectivas mitigaciones."
