Abstract
"Este trabajo estudia la problemática de las empresas dedicadas a los servicios prehospitalarios. Se parte de una descripción general de la empresa analizada hasta llegar al problema que se quiere solucionar, en este caso la disminución del nivel de servicio por la baja de médicos constante.
Se inicia con una posible solución a través de proponer un estudio de pronóstico. Consecuentemente, se utilizarán herramientas estadísticas para procesar y analizar variables, con el fin de concluir en un modelo. Una vez conseguido se hace una simulación, debido a la complejidad de las relaciones de variables. Finalmente se hace un plan de reclutamiento basado en crecimiento anual de la demanda, las estacionalidades por hora y el tamaño de la ciudad".
"This piece of work looks into the problematic of companies dedicated to pre-hospital services. It starts with a general description of the analized company until it reaches the problem to be solved, in this case the decrease in service level due to the constant scarcity of doctors. It begins with a possible solution through the proposal of a "prognosis study". As a consequence statistical tools will be used to processed and analize variables, so as to conclude establishing a pattern. Once this is obtained, a drill will be made, due to the complexity in the relation of the variables. Finally a recruitment plan is made based on demand's annual growth, the seasonable changes per hour and the size of the City".
