Abstract
"En el siguiente trabajo se estudia el mercado de las infusiones en Capital federal y alrededores aplicando técnicas de análisis multivariante. El análisis multivariante o multivariado es el conjunto de métodos estadísticos utilizados para analizar observaciones multidimensionales (conjunto de valores observados sobre un mismo individuo).
En el negocio de las infusiones están incluidas las producciones de café, té, yerba mate, y hierbas. Dicho mercado contiene distintos segmentos con características particulares como el "mercado del hogar", el "mercado institucional" y el "mercado gastronómico". Dentro del mercado de las infusiones se enfocará el sector gastronómico y los productos café y té específicamente. El análisis será realizado sobre un grupo de clientes pertenecientes a la empresa Café Oyambre S.R.L. El mercado gastronómico está compuesto por bares, restaurantes, hoteles, cafeterías y panaderías entre otros".
