Abstract
"El objetivo del proyecto es evaluar los beneficios de la instalación de "góndolas de calidad" en los autoservicios y ver como estos mismos se traducen en algo económicamente rentable para la compañía.
En primer lugar se hace un análisis del mercado argentino, donde se llevará adelante el proyecto. El consumo de cerveza en mercado argentino sigue subiendo, gracias al aumento de poblacion, y a un aumento del consumo per capita. Además, se nota una tendencia en los consumidores que cada vez más compranlas cervezas en los autoservicios y supermercados. Luego se ve la situación de la empresa y de la competencia.
Luego se analiza la ejecución en el punto de venta y como es el comportamiento del consumidor dentro del mismo. Dependiendo de esto que ventajas se pueden obtener con la instalación de la góndola.
Finalmente viendo los costos de la góndola se hace un análisis financiero de su factibilidad y se ve cuando conviene su instalación".

Finally, having in mind the costs of the shelve, it is done a financial analysis and it is evaluated when it is convenient the installation."
