Abstract
"El proyecto se encuentra basado en la producción de alimentos que llevan a cabo los alumnos de la escuela rural Nº 51 de Tellier, a 18 Km de la ciudad de Puerto Deseado (Santa Cruz). Desde 1998, año en que se instaló la planta de elaboración, la escuela produce una gran variedad de alimentos artesanales a partir de las frutas y verduras que ellos mismos cultivan. El principal producto elaborado es el dulce artesanal, el cual se usa tanto para la venta como su consumo. A pesar de que el actual nivel de producción es bajo, la escuela cuenta con instalaciones bien preparadas, listas para montar un proceso de producción a nivel comercial. Mientras que, por otro lado, la creciente demanda se encuentra insatisfecha por un mercado totalmente fraccionado en pequeños productores. Esta combinación de factores presenta una oportunidad ideal para convertir este proyecto en el principal proveedor de dulces artesanales de la región y competir a nivel provincial con otras marcas de mayor importancia. Para ello es fundamental elevar el nivel de calidad del producto y establecer una estrategia de venta clara y efectiva para captar la demanda."

This combination of factors presents an ideal opportunity to turn this project into the leading supplier of jam in the region and compete at the provincial level with other major brands.
